Nobody enjoys looking for the small print, so here it all is for you in one easy lump!

 

Workshops

Taster Throwing: Full payment of £30pp is taken at the time of booking. Changes or refunds are only given with 48 hours’ notice before your session. The payment covers your return session to paint two weeks later as well, so don’t forget to book that once you’ve thrown! You must return to paint your pieces with in 7 weeks of your making session.

Please be aware that sometimes clay fired items can break or at worse explode in the kiln. We try to control for these events but it is not always possible. It is the charm but also the frustration of working with ceramics. If you have lost your pot in the kiln in this way we will offer you a spare as a replacement.

Evening Classes: Payment is taken at the time of booking. Changes to the booking or refunds are only given with 5 days’ notice. The payment covers your return session to paint on the first Thursday of the following month - if you cannot make this session, speak to your tutor at the start of the session and you can decorate your pieces with coloured slip during your making session.

Parties and Group Bookings

Hen Parties: A deposit of £5 per person is required at time of booking. For packages 1-3 an invoice will be sent for full payment 7 days before the event. We suggest the organiser collects from the other attendees. Refunds are only given with 24 hours’ notice. 

Team Building: A deposit of £5 per person is required at time of booking. An invoice will be sent for full payment 7 days before the event. Refunds are only given with 24 hours’ notice.

Language School: A deposit of £5 per personis required at time of booking, which can be taken over the phone. An invoice will be sent for full payment 7 days beforethe event. Refunds will only be given with 48 hours’ notice.

Kids Parties: A deposit of £5 per person is required at time of booking. An invoice will be sent for full payment 7 days beforethe event. Refunds are only given with 24 hours’ notice.

Groups of 4+ People: A deposit of £5 per personis required at time of booking, which can be taken over the phone. Refunds will only be given with 24 hours’ notice.

 

Late Night Painters

First Thursday of Every Month: A deposit of £5 per personis required at time of booking, which can be taken over the phone. Refunds will only be given with 24 hours’ notice.

 

Gift Vouchers

These are valid for 6 months, so please be sure to use them up!

 

Competitions

We have a gallery on our Facebook page, and each month the painter of the piece with the most likes from friends, family, and other customers, collects a £20 voucher which is valid for 6 months. We also have the ceramic assistant’s favourite of the week. This piece wins a free studio feefor their next visit. You can only win these competitions once every 6 months.
